At Kents Hill Infant Academy, our Inclusion Team is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where every child, regardless of their needs, feels valued and supported. Led by our experienced SENCo, Mrs. Smith, we work collaboratively with families and outside agencies to ensure personalized support for each child. Our Learning Mentor, Mrs. Hamblin, plays a vital role in nurturing our students’ emotional and social skills, enabling them to thrive academically and socially. We strive to create a culture of understanding and acceptance, celebrating the uniqueness of every child within our school community.
SENCo
Mrs Smith is our Deputy head and SENCo. She is an experienced SENCo who is also the strategic lead for SEND across our trust. She is supported by our assitant SENCO and learning mentor Mrs Hamblin who organsies referrals to other agencies and suports our SEND families.
Mrs Tina Hamblin is our learning mentor and Assistant SENCo. She supports Mrs Smith in liaising with families and outside agencies.
