Ofsted Inspection – March 2024
Please find below a link to our most recent Ofsted Inspection Report, which graded the school as Good in all areas in March 2024, giving us an overall grade of ‘Good’. We invite you to read the report below. The team noted the caring and nurturing ethos of the school and what a happy place it is to be – something we truly value! This grade is testament to the school staff, governors, and colleagues from South Essex Academy Trust, who have helped us over the last few years. Our staff’s dedication in delivering the best possible education for your children makes me incredibly proud. The inspection team praised our staff and children for being open and honest during the inspection process. We were thrilled that our brilliant children were recognised by our visitors! You may be aware that our school has not received a graded inspection since 2007. In the time since, there have been several changes of inspection framework and increasingly higher expectations placed upon schools. Those families that have been with us on our journey over the last five years, since the school joined South Essex Academy Trust, will know that we had a lot of work to do five years ago. Since then the school has significantly improved and I would like to thank all of our parents and carers for the unwavering support you give to our school. It makes such a difference that we work together in partnership for the benefit of our amazing children.I hope you enjoy reading this report and join us in celebrating this success.
