Join Us
At Kents Hill Infant Academy we are always looking to support the wider community and nurture talents within education.
Each year we offer spaces to both secondary and college-aged work experience students, as well as anyone completing their LSA or HLTA qualifications. We are also part of the Benfleet Teaching School Alliance and offer teacher training spaces, with a track record for employing them afterwards, subject to staff vacancies. We have also partnered with the university of Essex to offer placements to post-graduates completing their masters degrees in children’s counselling services.

Staff vacancies are always advertised on Essex Jobscene and the SEAT website.
As a member of staff we can offer you a bespoke learning leadership pathway with opportunites for CPD to learn more to support you in your role and to practice your skills within your school and acorss our muti academy trust.
We also put staff wellbeing as a high priority and can offer an Employee Assitance Programme as well as several trained mental health first aiders in school. Our staff rate us highly for both line management and colleague support. KHIA is a great place to work!
